Among vines and glasses: the slow time of artisanal wine
We’ll visit Michael at his small winery, an intimate and authentic place where the tradition of Cesanese wine takes shape through ancient gestures, daily attention and a deep relationship with the land. Here wine is not just a product, but the result of conscious choices, seasons observed with patience and knowledge that renews itself harvest after harvest.
We’ll get to know the vine cycle up close, walking among the rows and listening to the vineyard’s story: depending on the time of year we can experience the grape harvest or discover the key steps of production, following the journey from plant to barrel. An opportunity to understand how climate, soil and human hand contribute to defining a wine’s character and its territorial identity.
The experience will conclude with an aperitif among the vineyards, overlooking the rows, tasting Michael’s Cesanese accompanied by a curated selection of local products. A moment of conviviality and pleasure, where landscape, story and taste blend together, leaving the memory of a genuine encounter with the territory and those who live it every day.
