Cooking as a collective ritual: hands, memory and flavors of home

We’ll put on our aprons and get our hands dirty with flour, entering without filters into the most authentic heart of Italian cuisine. We’ll be welcomed by the village ladies – Rosella, Rita, Maria Pia and the others – true guardians of everyday knowledge made of precise gestures, family stories and recipes passed down from generation to generation. With them, the kitchen becomes a space for sharing, where you learn by watching, listening and doing.

Guided by their experience, we’ll discover the art of homemade pasta: from fettuccine to lasagna, from ravioli to gnocchi, learning to recognize the right consistency of the dough, the pressure of the hands and the rhythm of the work. Each shape tells a story and carries with it a different way of being at the table and experiencing time.

The journey continues with the preparation of perfectly made polenta and the most flavorful sauces of our land, those that simmer slowly on the fire for hours, filling the kitchen with aromas of times past. An experience that goes beyond the recipe: it’s an immersion in the culture of doing together, where food becomes living memory, relationship and shared pleasure.
