Our Courses

RiPonza programs are 2 or 4-week residential courses to learn Italian by living in the area, through study, workshops, travel, and authentic experiences. The programs are designed as full-time immersive courses, where learning Italian happens through a structured combination of teaching, direct experience, and shared daily life. Each day is structured to balance study, practice, and discovery, turning the area and relationships into real learning tools.

The weekly structure includes Italian language lessons in small groups, based on a communicative and participatory approach, alongside thematic workshops ranging from theater to writing, from crafts to cooking, and activities related to local food and wine traditions. These experiences allow for immediate application of what is learned, reinforcing language skills in real contexts.

The program also includes guided tours, excursions to historic villages, and trips to major Italian art cities like Rome, Naples, and Florence. Outdoor activities, trekking, and collective experiences promote socialization and spontaneous language use, making learning natural and continuous.
